SOVA is a personal clarity and wellness companion. It's a quiet space for reflection, journaling, breathing, and grounding — built to help you slow down and think clearly. SOVA is not therapy, not a clinical service, and not a substitute for professional support. By using SOVA, you agree to: • Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes • Use it as you wish — at your own pace, on your own terms • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content • Not misuse the app or use it in any way that could harm yourself or others
SOVA+ is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full Library, all guided audio, and extended companion features. • Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged at the price shown when you subscribe • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings • Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's policies, not ours • A free trial, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
If a free trial is offered, you'll have full access to SOVA+ during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your account will be charged.
The SOVA name, logo, app, content, audio, design, and code are owned by SOVA and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of SOVA without written permission.
Anything you write or record in SOVA — entries, reflections, intentions, mood logs — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, your content stays on your device.
SOVA is provided as a personal tool, on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using the app. You agree that SOVA, its creators, and its affiliates are not liable for: • Decisions you make based on your use of the app • Lost data resulting from device issues, app updates, or uninstalling • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Use of SOVA is at your own discretion and risk.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The date above shows when this version was published. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know within the app. Continued use of SOVA means you accept the current terms.
You can stop using SOVA at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access to SOVA, in whole or in part, at our discretion.
